Hello everyone, I’m Kit Navock, and I’m thrilled to be stepping into the role of CMO at Immersed. Not too long ago, I found myself at a crossroads after selling my company. I was in search of a new project and a team I could genuinely connect with. That journey led me to Immersed because I truly resonate with their vision. Now, I want to extend an invitation: become an investor and join us as we continue to grow. But first, let me give you a glimpse of what brought me here.
Immersed has been on my radar for some time. As an early investor, I slowly got to know the team through casual meet-ups at the Austin office—movie nights, meals, and brainstorming sessions. I even ended up hiring someone from their friend circle for my previous company. What started as mere curiosity gradually turned into admiration. These individuals aren’t just intelligent—they are tenacious, humble, mission-driven, and simply good people.
A few months ago, I casually texted Renji, the founder of Immersed, about some basketball news, and his reply took me by surprise: “You should come work with us.”
At first, I didn’t take it seriously. But even as a joke, the idea lingered. I gave it more thought, consulted with my trusted circle of friends and mentors, and realized that although I was enjoying a relaxed lifestyle—consulting for just 20 hours a week post-company sale—this opportunity felt different.
Everyone I asked gave me the same advice: Go for it.
Even though it meant a pay cut and equity that might take time to pay off, the decision wasn’t about immediate return. I believed in the people and the product at Immersed, which I saw as having the potential to become a game-changing tech giant. Once I got hands-on with their work, I was blown away. Everything clicked.
Now, let’s talk about something groundbreaking: the Visor.
Admittedly, I’m a newcomer to the world of XR. While I’m no stranger to tech, diving into AR/VR was a fresh adventure. I didn’t spend my time rigging sensors or hacking OpenVR in 2016—I’m more of a mainstream guy. I picked up an Apple Vision Pro out of curiosity to experience spatial computing.
To my surprise, it changed how I worked. It made me more productive and focused. But then I tried out Visor, Immersed’s proprietary headset, and it was everything I never knew I needed.
The Visor is incredibly lightweight at around 186g—lighter than my phone. It resembles a pair of robust sunglasses but is packed with tech. It’s standalone, boasting dual 4K micro-OLED displays and a 3-hour battery life. Most impressively, it’s designed for real-world tools like VS Code, Figma, email, and Blender. It’s not an afterthought to computer use, but a seamless extension of productivity.
It’s not a devkit or an expensive toy. It’s not cumbersome or priced at $3,499. It’s the headset tailored for a real workday, and even as a newcomer, I can tell this isn’t proto-tech. It’s ready for the masses.
With Visor, we’re expanding beyond an app to create a full spatial computing platform—an OS specifically for intense focus and deep work, where the tools aren’t just floating 2D displays. It’s reminiscent of Steve Jobs’ vision for Apple’s cohesive ecosystem.
The real game-changer? Curator AI. This built-in co-pilot syncs seamlessly with my workflow, minimizing task-switching and subtly boosting productivity. It isn’t an afterthought; it’s integral to the platform, resembling what people wished Siri could be today.
Together with Visor, Curator AI is set to push us into a realm beyond just LLMs to a physical dimension, all with OpenXR compatibility. Developers can create on this basis—whether it’s tools, agents, or whole applications.
This transformation isn’t about just mapping your desktop into 3D space. It’s about crafting spatial productivity with AI woven from the start, catering to builders.
Why does any of this matter now? I joined Immersed not just to discuss floating screens or avatars, but because I believe spatial computing will revolutionize our work and life. The synergy of immersive settings, native tools, and ongoing AI assistance represents a transformative leap—one coming faster than many anticipate. I am convinced Immersed has the blueprint, tech, and talent to drive this change.
What Immersed is creating isn’t for tech enthusiasts alone. It’s for engineers, designers, traders, artists, founders, filmmakers—essentially anyone who works on a screen. As AI agents and humanoid robotics progress, the demand for a functional immersive spatial platform will only grow.
The Visor is no mere headset. The Immersed ecosystem is far more than a virtual workspace. Curator is not just another LLM AI. Together, they’re paving the way for us to enhance our capabilities.
We are excited to share this journey with all of you.
If you’ve been waiting for the right headset—and the right team behind it—this is your moment. Help us bring spatial computing to everyone.
