Since its release last December, Sanzaru Games has consistently refreshed this VR action RPG with Cosmic Events, adding timed challenges known as Cosmic Objectives. Players have tackled everything from a vampiric outbreak to the daunting chaos of the multiverse, and even battled against Surtur’s legions. Now, in this climactic event, titled ‘The Trickster’s Legacy,’ you’re up against Loki once more.
You’ll need to mend these fractured realities by embarking on daring new quests. Navigate through ‘?’ doors within the mysterious Uncharted Rifts, endure the harrowing trap rooms, complete a sequence of five divine trials in a single run through the Rifts, and eliminate the mischievous Loki Anomalies scattered throughout the overworld. Successfully meeting these challenges awards you the coveted Staff of the Trickster, an intricate replica of the Ma’at Stones, Loki’s iconic horned helmet, along with a variety of emotes, badges, and titles.
Although this marks the last event of its kind, the Cosmic Events are not disappearing completely. Sanzaru Games has announced plans to reintroduce all past events, starting afresh with Into the Multiverse, giving players a second opportunity to snag those exclusive rewards.
Moreover, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is expanding its wardrobe with a new addition that isn’t restricted by a time limit like the rest from The Trickster’s Legacy. Available solely to Meta Quest+ subscribers, this ensemble features dinosaur-themed armor design hailing from the island of Laramidia, complemented by a stone blade weapon to match.
