Set for release on February 27th for the Quest 3 and 3S, Detective VR immerses players in a narrative-driven MR experience. You’ll have the chance to manipulate time, gather clues, and interview witnesses right in your living room, thanks to the game’s innovative Passthrough mode.
The developers describe Detective VR’s gameplay as a compelling blend of elements from games like Return of the Obra Dinn, Immortality, and the iconic film Minority Report. Be prepared for investigations that are anything but straightforward. With unreliable witnesses, you’ll need to grill suspects, navigating seamlessly between mixed and virtual reality.
Exclusively available on the Quest platform, Detective VR offers around five hours of captivating story-driven content. You’ll have the tools to rewind, pause, and replay scenes in order to uncover elusive clues hidden within the timeline. The game features six motion-captured characters with voice acting.
