This Week’s eShop Highlights: SNES Classics, Kirby Music, Sales, and More!

This week’s roundup on the Nintendo Switch eShop brings an exciting mix of nostalgia and fresh content. For fans of classic gaming, a couple of SNES gems are making their way back, accompanied by some enticing deals and a few new releases to keep your gaming roster exciting.

The SNES library on Switch Online is seeing a boost with four additions from the renowned developer Koei. First on the list are Nobunaga’s Ambition and its successor, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Lord of Darkness, which first graced consoles in the early ’90s. Both games thrust you into the heart of Japan’s Sengoku era, where your strategic prowess will determine whether you can bring the feuding regions together.

Shifting the scene to historical China, Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV Wall of Fire is another fascinating turn-based strategy experience, steeped in history and conflict, drawing inspiration from the epic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Last but not least, Uncharted Waters: New Horizons takes you on a nautical adventure based in Europe. Initially released in 1993, this game invites you to explore, trade, and sail the high seas during the Age of Discovery.

In addition to games, Nintendo’s Music app also continues its growth. However, in a curious twist, it’s only added a selection of 23 tracks from the Kirby and the Forgotten Land soundtrack this week. Perhaps the rest will trickle in eventually.

As one of the ruling warlords, your task is to bring unity to the land through strategic battle and savvy maneuvering. This title, featuring collaborative gameplay for up to eight players, launches March 28.

Uncharted Waters: New Horizons – Experience the thrill of the 16th-century Age of Discovery. Choose your seafaring adventurer, discover hidden treasures, and navigate the challenges of the open seas. Available March 28, embark on a journey through uncharted territories and test your strategic mettle.
