After teasing the Immortal Pillars expansion at the Tokyo Game Show, we’re thrilled to announce its launch on March 4th. You can pre-order it now! This expansion is bursting with new content, including the introduction of the Chinese pantheon and spectacular new maps, myth units, and gameplay features. Excited? I have some fantastic news for console players! Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition and Age of Mythology: Retold are making their way to PlayStation 5. Expanding our availability to more platforms is a huge stride for the franchise, bringing our community closer together. This cross-play initiative isn’t just a convenience—it’s an invitation to join a global battlefield where every strategy and player counts.

On March 4, the doors open for PlayStation 5 users to immerse themselves in Age of Mythology: Retold. You’ll get to explore new myths and cultures, plus you’ll have access to the Immortal Pillars expansion with the Chinese pantheon. PlayStation 5 players, this is your chance to join Arkantos and enjoy the full content offered to Xbox and PC gamers.

And there are bonuses! Get early access starting February 27th with the Premium Edition, plus two exclusive Blessings for the Arena of the Gods mode when you pre-order.
