The list of contenders for the 28th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards has arrived.
The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) is gearing up for its 28th awards ceremony, celebrating a range of games from various corners of the gaming world. Leading the nominations are Bethesda Softworks and MachineGames’ "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle," along with PlayStation’s "Astro Bot" and "Helldivers 2," each securing six nominations. These three standout titles are also in the running for Game of the Year.
Not far behind, Localthunk and Playstack’s "Balatro" and Xbox Game Studios and Ninja Theory’s "Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2" have each been nominated five times. Both Xbox and PlayStation have managed to each snag a total of 15 nominations across their different teams.
Mark your calendars, as the winners will be announced on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. PT / 11:00 p.m. ET during the 28th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards ceremony. The event will once again be under the lively hostship of Kinda Funny Games’ Greg Miller alongside media personality Stella Chung.
